About the house: We are organized as a limited equity coop in a single room occupancy configuration with shared living space and a shared kitchen. The houses include storage space; laundry; bike storage; beautiful gardens; a guest room for use by visiting family and friends; and a number of common spaces including a multi-use studio and social spaces. There is a piano in the house and lots of other musical instruments.
